Return & Cancellation Policy
Security Hog wants you to like what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know.
Please be advised we have a no-cancellation policy.
Final Sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. The stereo units are all final sale.
- Items with a price of $20 or less are final sale
- You are responsible for paying the shipping charges on all returns.
- A minimum of 30% up to a maximum of 50% restocking fee will apply to return items depending on the condition of the product and packaging when received by Security Hog.
- Tracking number is required for any returned items.
Wrong/ Defective Item Policy
On very rare occasions, we humans do make mistakes. Please contact us and we will take care of it right away!
We reserve the right to request photos of the wrong/defective item
For all defective/wrong items please start a damage claim by contacting us with the subject line: Defective/wrong item claim & ORDER ID
- Provide clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.
Please double check and triple check your shipping address, once it is processed and shipped, we can no longer update or change the destination. You’ll be responsible for the package
